Job Description

Review of Cost Projections and Global Compensation tasks (payroll shadowing, compensation accumulation, preparation of cost projections and their review).

Participate in the transition of any Payroll - related tasks to Argentina VVN : participate in calls, asking questions as needed to clarify the process, lead the Specialists involved in the projects.

Contribute to team discussions and share knowledge for the benefit of the group.

Assist in the management of CP-tasks of several clients, while reporting to engagement managers and above

Building and maintaining strong relationships with the engagement leaders, understanding opportunities to assist with their issues.

Lead MS staff in new processes being transitioned to our team.

Contribute to the development of your own and team�??s technical acumen.

Coaching and development of the team members reporting directly into you taking responsibility for their career development

Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new / existing clients.

Ensure consistent and fair execution of the Global Mobility policy in assignments.

Support new and existing technology platforms

Identify issues and risk areas and ensure appropriate follow up.

Supervise a team of Specialists.

Qualifications

Prior experience in Payroll / Compensation / Accounting / Administrative activities

Advance knowledge of Excel and basic MS Office tools, Windows and Gmail.

Prior experience in leading teams.

Attention to detail, deadline oriented, able to manage time and self-administration of time and priorities.

Analytical skills

Flexibility and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
